We have seen many companies take a Front Lift bin system and try to utilise the front lift waste bins on a stationary compactor.

Normal method for picking up waste bins

Whilst this has hugely efficient as far as the types and numbers of bins required, it would cause a backup and bottleneck at the compaction equipment due to the fact that a STANDARD front lift waste bin can not be pushed in the directions required in order to "stab" the bin and lift it. It would require much manual pushing and lifting, as well as unsafe work practices in order to get the bin lifted.

With the WESPAC Robotic Bin Lifter, there is no more pushing and pulling, or forklift handling of the bins, just place it on the launch pad, and watch as the robotic bin lifter extends, picks up, and pulls the bin back to the Compaction equipment, and then proceeds to lift and empty the bin into the waiting receptacle.

Once this is completed, the bin is put back in place where it originally started from, all with no man handling whatsoever.
